SKU Set:up ownership: Requesting SKU s and maintaining accurate SKU information in the Merchant Master.
* Enter and maintain all cost and retail changes for DTC
* Communicate merch master changes that involve the inventory team.
* Maintain all SKU information and ensure accuracy (for accurate reporting)
* Ensure PO due dates are being met by hitting key deliverables on time.
Create process and execute on:time management of all approved samples. Ordering, tracking, shipping and archiving samples after development is finalized.
* Requesting photo samples directly from vendors.
* Creating and maintaining photo sample forms, ensure all samples in the archive are properly identified and accurate for production.
* Managing and delivering samples for photo shoots and seasonal presentations. Work seamlessly with the production team on seasonal photography sessions.
* Request and manage additional sample needs for PR, social, and brand events (corporate product showcases or PR events).
Handles all domestic registration and vendor on boarding (Inventory and Drop ship).
Assists in Gift Box assignments for every new launch at the SKU level.
Complete and deliver quarterly Product Information (PI) Sheets. Take all product measurements and obtain any missing information direct from vendors.
Own and sign off on all UAT testing of product copy and product retail price.
Submit and keep track of all vendor invoices: product development samples, buyer samples, photo samples and any miscellaneous charges (i.e. Mold Fees, Testing).
Report the monthly totals to each business leader so they can properly budget.
Demonstrate up:to:date knowledge of all SKUs and programs : both in development and approved. Be a go:to resource for full assortment detail.
